Hi Everyone we are holding a Trials Practice at Dovecliffe Saturday the 26th December.

It will be under the present restrictions due to Covid 19 and as such numbers are restricted to 60.

Entries requests must be Emailed to a_laybourn@hotmail.com

you must email Alan and ask for an entry,
when Alan has replied to you with a number allocated then you can fill your event form in with your details.

if Alan dosnt answer immediately your request will be in his emails with the time you did it.

So then if you print off the attached entry form and fill it in taking note of the restrictions on it and bring it with you to the practice along with a home made number which you must display on your machine and put the entry form in the box provided.

We will allow you entry into the venue up to 10.30 am after that the gates will be closed.

If you get a ride and then cannot attend let Alan know ASAP.

You will need to sign on, on the day so bring your own pen and PPE for that and we will provide hand sanitiser. Also no spectators on the day read the covid restriction on the entry form!

Payment is prefered by bacs transfer to the club bank account sort code 05-02-30 account No 49307011 putting BTC and whatever your rider number is ie BTC 24 so that i know who has paid.

if that is not possible put cash in an envelope with name and rider number and we will have a box to put it in.
